We want to empower our communities. Because of this, Kdei Karuna strives to recruit skilled individuals that can contribute to the development of our programs. Recognizing the importance of building capacities, many staff members are encouraged and supported to take advantage of personal development opportunities, including trainings abroad. 

In addition to our current employment opportunities, Kdei Karuna is open to working with volunteers and interns having professional experience to assist in fundraising, communication, the development of the organization. Successful volunteers are individuals with specific expertise, enthusiastic to share and to collaborate with team members.
